Order Confirm
You need to upload cad files to get a quote firstly, and then release a PO if the quote meets your request along with down payment.
Pre-production Sample
Before production, we’ll make you samples to confirm and you can seal them as the quality standard for production.
Mass Production
s soon as you confirm samples quality, we start production and update you the progress with videos or photos
Inspection
As soon machining finishes, we’ll work on the post-processing like deburring, cleaning,inspection.
Surface Treatment
We make sure all parts machined exactly based on drawings and cleaned well, then the surface finishes will be added.
OQC & Shipping
After surface treatment finishes,we inspect all parts again and pack into cartons.Then the forwarder pick up goods and ship out.
