Precimach CNC Machining Service

Looking for a reliable, quick-turn supplier of machined plastic and metal components? With hundreds of CNC machines, our unmatched in-house capacity ensures your parts are shipped on-time, every single time. At Precimach, our AS9100-certified CNC machining facilities are designed for both rapid prototyping and low-volume production of end-use components.

CNC Milling

CNC machining stands for Computer Numerical Control machining, frequently used in different manufacturing sectors. CNC technology renders a multifaceted, automated process that yields superior quality bulk productions. Properties like sky-high precision, efficiency, and mechanization have made it a perfect choice for multiple manufacturers. Common operations include lathes, routers, grinders and mills.

Precimach is a professional CNC machining company who provides first-class precision CNC milling services from 3-axis to 5-axis advanced machining centers. Our experienced machine operators can always find the best way to produce perfect CNC milled parts at competitive pricing.

CNC Turning

Our CNC Turning Department is equipped with 18sets CNC turning lathes to handle 2 to 5 axis simultaneous turning, and also 10sets automatic turning lathes which is a super big advantage for those mass production small parts.

We can turn various metals and hard plastics like aluminum, copper, brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, etc. Our CNC turning service can create complex turning parts with very strict tolerances and excellent surface finish with Ra0.8-1.6

EDM/ Wire EDM And Precision Grinding

Based on the customer-oriented demand, we can customize Hardware in different dimensions, designs, and so on. We spare no effort to fulfill customers’ wishes.

After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.

CNC Machining Advantages

A.  Increased Productivity.  Since CNC machines are automated through programming, CNC workshops can meet production needs by operating longer time.
B.  Cost-Effectiveness. Computer control instructions are automated and computerized control that fairly reduces the risks of manufacturing errors, also it needs less human labors, which bring down the costs to a big extent.
C.  High Precision gurantee. CNC machining process offers tight tolerances (for metal and plastic parts that can sustain extreme pressures and temperatures), excellent mechanical efficiency, and superb processing accuracy.
D.  More Safety. The staff is shielded from any flying pieces of a sharp tool, hot material, jam, or other machining errors.
E.  Faster Turnarounds. CNC machining takes much less time than other manufacturing techniques.
