At Precimach, quality inspection is an integral part of our manufacturing process.Every part is inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications before shipment.
Our inspection capability includes in-process checks and final dimensional inspection,supported by precision measurement equipment and documented inspection records.
Quality Inspection & Control
At Precimach, quality is built into every stage of the machining process.
From incoming material inspection to final dimensional verification, our quality control system ensures every part meets drawing specifications and customer requirements.
Step 1: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Selecting the right material is the foundation of precision machining quality.
Before machining begins, Precimach performs strict incoming quality control to verify material compliance.
• Raw materials are sourced only from certified and long-term approved suppliers
• Material certificates and delivery reports are collected and traceable
• Chemical composition can be verified using spectrometer testing when required
• Material dimensions are inspected to ensure consistency with purchase orders and drawings
Step 2: First Article & In-Process Inspection
Before mass production, Precimach manufactures a first article and conducts full dimensional inspection according to the drawing.
This first article is submitted to the customer for approval and serves as the production standard.
During production, in-process inspections are carried out at each critical machining stage.
Operators inspect parts before proceeding to the next operation to ensure dimensional consistency and process stability.
Step 3: Final Inspection & Outgoing Quality Control
After machining is completed, final inspection is performed by dedicated QC inspectors in the quality control room.
At Precimach, a variety of precision measuring instruments are used to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Functional or performance testing is conducted when required.
Final inspection reports can be provided prior to shipment.
