Precimach global CNC machining operations are now officially open to international customers. After more than 15 years of precision manufacturing experience serving domestic and export markets through trading partners, Precimach has established a dedicated international subsidiary — Nanjing Jingnan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. — to bring factory-direct CNC machining support directly to global buyers under the Precimach brand.
This marks a strategic milestone in Precimach’s development: transitioning from factory-behind-the-scenes to a globally accountable, directly accessible precision manufacturing partner — with full engineering support, transparent communication, and a 15-year production track record behind every order.

Who We Are: The Factory Behind Precimach Global CNC Machining
Precimach is a China-based precision CNC machining factory with over 15 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Founded by engineers with deep roots in industrial machining, the company spent its first decade building a production track record serving domestic customers across industrial automation, medical devices, energy equipment, and high-precision mechanical sectors.
During this period, we developed the process engineering depth, quality system discipline, and equipment capability that define how we work today: consistent dimensional accuracy, reliable delivery against committed lead times, and the engineering-led problem-solving approach that separates us from commodity machining shops.
For much of that time, our international work was conducted behind the scenes — manufacturing precision components for global customers through experienced trading companies. The products were Precimach quality; the relationship was indirect. The establishment of our dedicated international subsidiary changes that — bringing international customers into direct contact with the engineering team and factory management responsible for their parts.

CNC Turning — Shafts, Rods, and Rotational Components
Precimach’s dedicated shaft turning workshop is one of our core strengths. Our large-format CNC turning centres handle shaft lengths from 20mm to 16,000mm and diameters from 10mm to 1,600mm — with steady rest support for high L/D ratio slender shafts, between-center grinding, and full CMM dimensional inspection.
We specialise in the precision turning of long shafts, large-diameter shafts, tapered shafts, and custom non-standard rotational components — including piston rods, drive shafts, mixing shafts, flange shafts, and transmission components. Surface finish capability ranges from standard turning to precision grinding and superfinishing (Ra 0.05–0.1 μm).
CNC Milling — 3-Axis to 5-Axis Precision Milling
Our milling capability spans 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis simultaneous machining — with advanced equipment including Grob GA550 5-axis horizontal machining centres and Fanuc Robodrill high-speed machining centres. 5-axis simultaneous machining enables complex curved profiles, undercuts, and multi-face features to be completed in single setups — delivering higher dimensional consistency and shorter lead times on geometrically demanding components.
We provide precision CNC milling for structural brackets, housings, plates, aerospace components, medical device parts, and custom industrial hardware — with tolerance capability to ±0.005mm on critical features and surface finish from standard milled to Ra 0.4 μm superfinished.

Turn-Mill and Multi-Process CNC Machining
Our Mazak Integrex series CNC turn-mill centres combine turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations in a single setup — eliminating the inter-process repositioning that introduces dimensional error in multi-machine workflows. Turn-mill capability is particularly valuable for complex shafts with milled features, flanged components with off-axis holes, and precision assemblies requiring concentricity between turned and milled surfaces.
Across all three capability areas, Precimach supports a wide range of engineering materials including aluminium alloys (6061, 7075, 6063), stainless steel (304, 316L, 17-4PH), carbon steel, alloy steels (4340, 4Cr13), titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics including PEEK, POM, and ABS.
